Afterward, we’ll review everything we find and discuss the best treatment options for your needs and lifestyle.

What to Bring to Your First Visit

To make your first visit smooth and easy, please bring the following:

• Your ID and insurance card (if you have one)
• A list of any medications you’re currently taking
• Any previous dental records, if possible
